Certain fruits like cranberries, bilberries, and blueberries are good sources of specific antioxidants such as pterostilbene, resveratrol, and quercetin. These compounds can slow down aging, reduce inflammation, and protect against cell and DNA damage.

Now, protein is very important in aging, as it boosts certain genes associated with longevity. Protein also helps counteract muscle loss as we age. Soybean extracts, like protein hydrolysate, can improve memory, reduce oxidative stress, and address learning difficulties linked to aging.
