Isabely Arraes is a Brazilian nutritionist, graduated from the best university in Latin America, the University of São Paulo (USP). Isabely has an extensive academic background, ranging from nutrition education for underserved communities to internships at one of her country's most renowned hospitals, the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of USP. Currently, she works with nutritional consultations for the vegetarian and vegan public, being a vegan herself. She also works on producing media content for the online portal Nutritotal and for the nutrition school Ganep Educação. As a lover of healthy eating and writing, Isabely combines her two passions and knowledge to produce clear and engaging articles on healthy living, inspiring people who wish to adopt better lifestyle habits.
